Easy banana bread recipe

Today, I will introduce my vegan recipe: banana bread. It is very nutritious but the process itself does not take more than 10 minutes, so I highly recommend making it for breakfast. 


Ingredients & materials

  • 2 bananas
  • 120g flour
  • 5g Baking powder
  • 1tsp Coconut oil
  • 4 tsp Coconut milk
  • 30g sugar


Materials: bowl, whipper, spatula, musher (or a large fork), cake pan, cooking sheet


Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, and sugar into a bowl and mix it together until the sugar is melted


3. Put bananas into ② and crush them with a musher. 

4. Sift the flour and baking powder into ③ and mix them with a spatula. (Be careful not to knead)

 

5. Set the cooking paper into a mold and gently pour the ingredients. Bake it for 20~25 minutes. 

 

6. Once it’s cooled, cut them into 6~8 pieces.
